This was a painting I did for my dad's birthday of his favourite cat, my aim was to go for a very much photorealistic look and of course that would involve extensive use of the hair sticker spray brush.

It took me a while to figure out how sit the portrait correctly to properly draw the focus to the face, but in the end I settled on blurring the edges to give an almost depth of field effect.
